so why did so many people lose so many disputes vs him if his IP matched several accounts?

i'm sorry for those who lost those disputes. Sometimes the IP patterns are very hard to understand and some DC are not so familiar with it. we will gladly review them if you send a trouble ticket about it.

yeah i lost a dispute when i disputed him but and got his ass banned in the other GOOD JOB ME! yeah and Rogue said he cant change the scores to the one i lost even though i disputed for that which is bs in my opion but hey Rogue is NATO and they do what they want its their ladder its only tacops and a 1v1 war anyway.

omfg hes full of shit because he changed 3 of my clans wars after someone in my clan got banned because they warred when they were temp banned......
so he can change the scores back....

well actually i discovered this erlier in the same day after me and bgalls 2v2'd him and glacius

Disputes will not be reversed. Dispute scores are final. We have never reversed closed disputes in the past and are not about to do this. Please read Rule #7.6 of the match rules for clarification.

The reason he was never linked is because his IPs are dynamic and when doing an IP match 30 other accounts come up with each IP he has. There are seriously 100's of IPs for this individual and 100's of other players that have his IPs show on their accounts. Its very difficult to look closely at each IP, especially when there are so many of them.

Gothic just happened to notice that one of his IPs matched an account I had banned a few months ago for being Eternal and noticed that the dates of the IPs matched. That led us to take quite a bit of time looking over every IP and seeing if there was indeed a pattern. We noticed that he used both accounts on the same day and at the same time on several occasions. The 2nd account was banned but the other was not.

Also we found out after looking at it closely that this player was Temp banned for using Helios Hook..

He never honored this ban. He in fact created an account imediatley after his ban. Thus giving us another reason why he is banned once again.

Some of you might be upset that your disputes didn't go in your favor when it concerned this player but you might understand how unplausible it is to go through the 100's of Dynamic IPs for some players in order to hope for a match and then find some way to link that match to the previously banned player.

We ultimately determined to ban this player because we noticed that some of the previous unbanned accounts he had were stolen....... he had also been temp banned previously and never honored the ban AND because of a few IP matches to an Account that had been banned back in June.

I handled most if not all of the previous disputes concerning this player. One thing you need to consider and understand. If you knew how the IP search works for the DC you will know that players banned 4 months ago and longer usually do not have a tag telling us that they are cheaters or given a label that makes it easy for us to see if any of the IPs that match accounts are banned (new bans are labeled and older ones as well as we find them depending on the type of IP search you do.)

Because of this IN THIS CASE (since there were so many IPs) it is improbable for any DC to see just by looking at an IP search if any of the IPs match a earlier banned player unless they can remember off the top of their head what names are banned and what names are not. I never noticed the IP matches and probably wouldn't have put the two together unless I did a IP by IP examination or accidentally noticed that one of the matched accounts was banned. Which I did not.

In any case. The disputes were closed because no cheating happened in the war just like any other dispute would have been closed. You can't argue that he must have been cheating now because I highly doubt he was. Whatever war you had against this player was a legit war and according to the rules PAST dispute will NOT be reversed and all CURRENT disputes forfeit if the banned player is found out.

You wars were never in dispute....... I don't remember the situation in your case but I am sure there was a good reason if I did do that.

Also you will need to get a new account. Stolen accounts will usually get you a ban. Thx for bringing it to my attention.

Any dispute he is involved in currently is forfeit as it mentions in the AOT rules.
