For any of you that haven't noticed yet, gamesnet has merged with another irc network to form a new network known as Game Surge. The new NA irc address will be irc.us.gamesurge.net. #nato-ladder and any other gamesnet channel has been merged with the new network (including your accounts). It is possible that you could have lost your name or your clan's channel so be sure to check. If you have any questions about how the merge was handled you can refer to their website

| | | | I'm not possitive but I would guess it was because of the lawsuit over the name "gamesnet.net". I would assume they just said "screw it, it's not worth the hassle".
Hmm... Looks like they are hooking up with the UT community? From their site:
